The equipment we design is both innovative and unique. In order to troubleshoot our equipment, we rely heavily on returned defective or failed parts so that we can examine first-hand the causes of failure. While this may at first seem to be an inconvenience, ultimately you benefit from safer and better designed machine components. If our inspection reveals that the failed part was defective, we will credit your account for the entire amount of the part including your cost of return freight. When incomplete parts are returned for credit, their condition will be assessed against the credit claim at the sole discretion of Aztec Products, Inc.
Easy Steps for an Easy Return
Please give us the opportunity to serve you better by following these Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) instructions.

  1. Obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Aztec by calling 800-331-1423 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and Fridays 8am-3pm Eastern Time). You may also request an RGA # while online by following this link and submitting the easy to complete request form online.
    Note: RGA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
  2. Make sure the item you are returning is packaged within a sturdy shipping carton, freight prepaid. Our inspection and evaluation will attempt to determine the probable cause of the failure.
  3. Write the RGA# on the packaging slip as well as on the outside of the shipping container.
    ** Returns that do not indicate the RGA# will not be accepted.
